This site belongs to DioGo’s Seafood, Meat & Wine, C. Francisco Villalón 11, Nueva Andalucía, 29660 Marbella, Spain. For anything about your data, write to seafood@diogos.es.

The reservation form asks for your name, phone number, the date, time and number of guests, and optionally your email and a note for the kitchen. We use this only to prepare your table and to call or write back if we need to confirm something.

Your reservation is stored so our team can see it in the booking list and so we have a record of the evening. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for anything beyond running the restaurant.

Browsing this site on its own does not set any cookie. The reservation form works without one, and so does everything else on the page.

The one exception is Microsoft Clarity, which records how guests move through the site – where they scroll, where they tap – so we can see what isn’t working. It runs only if you accept it in the banner, and it sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits apart. You can change your choice at any time from the link at the bottom of every page.

The map in the footer and in the contact section is served directly by Google. If you interact with it, Google may set its own cookies, under its own rules, which this site doesn’t control.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to seafood@diogos.es and we’ll sort it out.
